The Refund Process

  1. Fill Up Our Filter Grid Form
  2. Save a Detailed Report showing the trades made by Filter Grid
  3. Send a Screenshot that Filtergrid is loaded in your chart
  4. Send the requirements and the form to support@filtergridea.com

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Frequency

A client is only allowed to refund once. Any other further refunds will cause the individual to be banned from purchasing again from our site.

All Third party accounts will be banned. Third party includes accounts of previously banned customers to protect our interest. All relation to the banned customer is considered as third party.


Late or missing refunds 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
